Alexsys Stroh
Lexsy credits the beginning of her interest in athletic training to her time spent learning from her high school’s athletic trainer in their athletic training program. Lexsy’s passion for caring for the whole athlete physically and mentally is what fuels her dedication to the profession. She believes the use of a combination of therapeutic exercises and modalities helps facilitate injury prevention and rehabilitation, giving her the ability to individualize her athletes care to their specific needs, driving safe and sustained outcomes of their recovery.
Lexsy is a mental health advocate drawing on her experience as a competitive softball and soccer student athlete to facilitate building stronger bonds of trust with her patients. She commits to being present for her athletes on and off the field helps to build trusting and safe relationships needed to manage her athletes’ all-encompassing care.
Lexsy currently serves as an Athletic Trainer for Sacred Heart Schools (Convent and Stuart Hall), she has been working to create similar educational opportunities for students that she was fortunate enough to experience in her educational journey. She has been integral in the growth of the Convent/Stuart Hall Sports Medicine Club and hopes to inspire future generations of students to pursue a healthcare career in Athletic Training.
